Return & Refund Policy

We value our customers and stand by the quality of our products. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return eligibility
Customers within the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.
To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team at info@ariavon.com to obtain the correct return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
3. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (including but not limited to cosmetics, beauty items, supplements, and personal care goods) cannot be returned once opened or used.
4. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for items that:
– Have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
– Are hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. supplements) once opened or unsealed
– Are personalized or perishable items
5. Return procedure
Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address cannot be processed.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is only offered if the customer explicitly agrees.
Shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
